Terms of Service

All-Time Draft is a fantasy-style app where you draft real NBA players' individual seasons and compete in leagues with friends or with other players matched into public lobbies. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You need a valid email address to sign in — we use passwordless magic links, not passwords. You're responsible for your account and anything that happens through it. You must be at least 13 years old to use All-Time Draft.

Conduct

The following are never allowed, in any league:

• Harassment, hate speech, or threats directed at another player
• Sexual or graphic content
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Creating or using multiple accounts to evade a suspension or manipulate a league
• False or retaliatory reporting
• Vote collusion — coordinating rankings or bracket votes outside the normal spirit of competition

Reports and enforcement

Anyone can report a pitch or reply they believe violates these terms. Filing a report doesn't remove anything by itself — for public leagues, it goes to a review queue; for private leagues, the league's creator reviews it. The person reported stays active while a report is open. If content is clearly egregious, we may remove it immediately while the review of the person continues separately.

Confirmed violations in public leagues can result in a warning, or a temporary suspension from public leagues (typically 14 or 60 days depending on severity). Suspensions only affect public leagues — they don't remove you from private leagues you're already in with people you know. If a team's owner is suspended mid-league, that team keeps running under the app's existing autopick and vote-neutrality rules so the rest of the league isn't disrupted.

Reports found to be false or made in bad faith count against the reporter. Repeated false reports remove your ability to file new reports.

Blocking

You can block another user at any time. Once blocked, you won't see their pitches or replies, and you won't be matched into the same public league together.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Your email and display name are removed; league history you're part of stays intact for the other players in those leagues, since it's shared history rather than yours alone.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows. Continuing to use All-Time Draft after a change means you accept the update.
