Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in via magic link and send league notifications
• A display name you choose
• Your activity in leagues — picks, pitches, replies, rankings, votes
• Basic technical data (like IP address) collected automatically by our hosting provider

We don't collect payment information — All-Time Draft is free right now.

How we use it

To run the app: authenticate you, keep leagues in sync for everyone in them, send you in-app and email notifications about your leagues, and review reports of content that violates our Terms of Service. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run All-Time Draft:

• Vercel — hosting
• Neon — database
• Resend — sending magic-link and notification emails

They only process data on our behalf to run the service — they don't get to use it for their own purposes.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

League history is shared among everyone who played in it, so it's kept even if you delete your account — your email and display name are removed, but your historical picks and pitches stay attached to the league so the record other players see stays intact.

Children's privacy

All-Time Draft isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
